Jaipur : Essel Group and ZEE Chairman Dr. Subhash Chandra addressed students of TAPMI School of Business, Manipal University, here today for the latest episode of the ‘Dr. Subhash Chandra (DSC) Show’.

Speaking on the topic of Regret Chandra said, “According to Western philosophy, regret is needed. It’s a warning sign that needs to be recognized and then corrected. But according to the philosophy of the Indus Valley civilization and the Gita, there is no place for regret.”

“In the Bhagwad Gita, it is written that we should not regret our past but try and live in the present. Be a ‘karma yogi’. It is difficult but lots of meditation and discipline is required to reach a state of no regret,” He added, Chandra further enlightened the students about the insights he has gained through his own life experiences.

He cautioned the students that bad jobs, habits and relationships can cause one to lose perspective. Another key insight he shared is that if we take life for granted, living without authenticity, we lose focus. We stop evolving and become trapped in fear of failure and rejection.

The show will be aired on Saturday at 10 pm on Zee News and 7pm on Zee Business and on Sundays at 11 am on both Zee News & Zee Business. This show will also be aired on other channels of Zee Media.
