Rajasthan Congress Committee seeks arrest and dismissal of BJP MLAs
Jaipur : The delegation of Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee, led by PCC chief Sachin Pilot, on Wednesday met Governor Kalyan Singh and demanded the arrest of two BJP MLAs (Kailash Chaudhary and Gyandev Ahuja) and lodging of criminal case against them for their derogatory remarks against party vice-president Rahul Gandhi.
The delegation submitted a memorandum to the Governor stating that BJP MLAs Kailash Choudhary (Bayut constituency), and Gyan Dev Ahuja (Ramgarh) have allegedly made derogatory public statements like “traitor” against Rahul Gandhi recently.
The PCC chief Sachin Pilot claimed that the BJP MLAs’ statements fall under criminal act of IPC, hence separate criminal cases be lodged against the two and they should be arrested.

and many party officials were present while the memorandum given to Governor.
