BSNL announced a special helpline number for one week
Chennai : State-owned telecommunications company, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has announce a special helpline number for one week, which will work for customers to send grievances through SMS or WhatsApp relating to telephone faults with their mobile phone connections.
S M Kalavathy, Chief General Manager - BSNL said that, customers could message 94455-01500 with their grievances which might have cropped up after the rough weather conditions.
Apart from the special temporary helpline number, the existing toll-free number 1500 will continue functioning for customers to call and record their grievances.
Notable, BSNL is the largest provider of fixed telephony, largest broadband services provider with more than 60% Market share, and fifth largest mobile telephony provider in India.
