Legendary musician-singer Ravindra Jain is no more

Mumbai : Indian music and Hindi cinema's legendary singer and greatest musician Ravindra Jain, who couldn't see the world with his eyes, but he seen it through the supple and beautiful eyes of mind and threaded in his songs with the magical voice.

The owner of melodic vocals and the magical voice legendary musician Ravindra Jain is no more with us. He died at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai on Friday.

Ravindra Jain has died with immortalized to his music and voice forever. He was 71year-old and his wife Divya and son Ayush are in his family.

Jain breathed his last at 4.10 pm at Lilavati hospital due to multiple organ failure, sources close to him said.

Jain was shifted from Wockhardt Hospital in Nagpur few days back to Mumbai by a chartered air ambulance for treatment at Lilavati Hospital in Bandra.

The music composer was suffering from a urinary infection causing a problem in his kidney, sources said.

He was in Nagpur for a concert on Sunday, but could not participate because of his ill-health and was subsequently airlifted to Mumbai. He was kept in the ICU at Lilavati and was on ventilator.
