'Dhoom 4' director denies approaching Amitabh Bachchan for the movie
Earlier, there were few reports said that, Amitabh Bachchan has been approached and signed for the fourth installment of 'Dhoom' series named 'Dhoom-4', with Hrithik Roshan by the producer Aditya Chopra and the director Vijay Krishna Acharya.
When director Vijay Krishna Acharya asked about approaching Amitabh Bachchan, he said, "No such plans yet. We'll be announcing the film in a few weeks. Will keep you posted and will be able to give you a clear picture then."
While, a Yash Raj Films' official said, "Wait for YRF to make the official announcements on forthcoming films and in the meantime please refrain from casting speculations."
Notably, Amitabh Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan were seen in Farhan Akhtar’s Lakshya last time, where he was the senior army serviceman as Col. Sudar Manil Damle.
The Yash Raj films had got great success with the first two of the franchise. Even Dhoom 3 was a success at the box office. The Dhoom 2 had Aishwarya Rai opposite Hrithik.
