4th edition of DIFF to be held over four days from 5-8 November
Dharmshala : After a great launch of the DIFF Film Fellows Programme last year, the 4th edition of the Dharamshala International Film Festival (DIFF) is now presenting the second edition of the initiative created to nurture the talent of young filmmakers from the Indian Himalayan regions including Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarkhand, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and the hill regions of West Bengal and Assam.
As part of the programme five up and coming filmmakers from the Indian Himalayan regions will be selected and brought to DIFF to watch films, participate in the masterclasses and workshops, and have one-on-one mentor-ship sessions with visiting filmmakers.
