Priyanka Chopra's 'Bajirao Mastani' trailer has wooed the film fraternity and fans
The Blockbuster duo - Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will portray the titular protagonists in the movie, while actress Priyanka Chopra will depict Bajirao's first wife, Kashibai.
The energetic, committed star Ranveer, who tonsured his head for the flick, believes that it would be his life time role. He also shifted his house and bought an apartment closer to the sets, so he could stay focused at all times.
Bhansali approached Daksha Sheth to train the actors in Kalaripayattu, an ancient Indian martial art. Sheth also trained Deepika Padukone in Kathak. Priyanka, in preparation for her role of Kashibai, underwent an extensive 15-day coaching course to learn the dialect of Marathi spoken during the time of the ascension of the Peshwas.
The feedback that critics and film fraternity have given so far looks like their efforts are all set to pay off. Critics and Bollywood took to Twitter to praise and admire the movie.
