Tremors of earthquake created Panic in Odisha
Bhubaneswar : Mild tremors created Panic gripped Odisha as most parts of the state on Tuesday, including the twin city of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, experienced mild termors for the third time in the last one month.
People rushed out of homes and offices, in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Sambalpur, among other parts.
The tremors were felt at 12:35 pm which lasted for few seconds.the epicenter of the earthquake is said to be in Nepal which measures 7.4 on Ritcher scale. The epicentre of the earthquake is at a distance of about 825 km from Bhubaneswar.
The tremors were felt at many places in the state, including the Twin City of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Ganjam and Sundargarh. There were no reports of any damage caused by the tremors from any part of Odisha so far.
