The FIR registered against Sunny Leone, Google CEO and Bollywood Reporter
Ajmer (RN1) : After the charged by a Ajmer resident against Sunny Leone for spreading the vulgarity on Saturday a FIR has been registered against porn-star turned bollywood actress Sunny Leone along with the CEO of Google.com and a reporter of Bollywood magazine, at Kotwali police station in Ajmer, police said today.
Notable, a resident of ajmer Anrijay Jain presented a libel to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate through advocate Pritam Singh Soni and Jinesh Soni, in which a resident of maximum city at Andheri Mumbai Sunny Leone aka Karenjit Kaur, California resident CEO of Google.com and Bollywood magazine Reporter SKR aharma has been charged in the case.
Arinjay Jain had subscribed to a Bollywood magazine through S K R Sharma. The entertainment journal contained obscene photographs of Leone, SHO Ajmer Kotawali police station Jitendra Gangwani said.
Jain said he followed a website link given in the magazine and found more obscene contents and pictures of the actress on internet without the need of any password, following which he registered the FIR with police.
A case has been registered under section 292 (sale ofobscene book) of IPC, relevant sections of the indecent representation of Women (Prohibition) Act and the IT act, Gangwani said.
