Sunny Leone faces another 'Locha' of a FIR once again
The housewife has filed an FIR against Sunny Leone alleging that by launching her website on air, she is promoting obscenity and affecting the society.
A FIR has been registered on Thursday in Dombivli police station against Sunny Leone and some unidentified people who have uploaded porn videos of the actress on the website, under section 67 and 67 (A) IT Act (Non Bail able) and other IPC sections, as per report.
Under “67-IT Act” Publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form is punishable offence with minimum three years jail time and fine of five lakh rupees, which can go up-to five years prison time and ten lakh rupees fine. Details of the case are still sketchy, but FIR has been lodged.
Notable, sometime ago a FIR was Lodged against Sunny Leone by a locality of Surat, when she was in Surat for promoting her movie 'Ek Paheli Leela', but the promotional tour went skewed with a FIR lodged against her.
