Filmmaker R. Balki's next project to go on floors in August

Chennai : Filmmaker R. Balakrishnan who is popularly known as R. Balki and Shamitabh is his latest Bollywood venture starring Amitabh Bachchan, Kollywood actor Dhanush and Akshara Haasan, making her debut in the film, which has released on February 6, 2015. The latest buzz says that his next project is all set to go on floors in August this year.

According to ace lensman P.C. Sreeram, who had teamed up with the former in his last directorial ‘Shamitabh’. R. Balki collaborated with P. C. Sreeram for all of his Bollywood ventures - Cheeni Kum, Paa and Shamitabh. Big B has so far worked in all the three Bollywood films (‘Shamitabh’, ‘Cheeni Kum’ and ‘Paa’) made by Balki.

"Balki's next project will start from August 2015. Expect the unexpected very soon," Sreeram posted on his Twitter page. It's not yet known who'll play the lead in the project, but megastar Amitabh Bachchan will be collaborating with Balki for the fourth time in a row.
