Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor act together in Vishal Bharadwaj's Next?
Mumbai : Bollywood actor and the husband of actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan is 'excited' to return in a Vishal Bhardwaj directorial, in which he will reportedly star alongside Shahid Kapoor. No doubt this will be an interesting relationship to watch onscreen!
Though we are well acquainted with Saif's reputation of being too much of a gentleman and Shahid's infallible diplomacy, it will be interesting to know what the two stars have to comment about doing a film together!
The 44-year-old, who was here for a mobile launch, denied speculation that the untitled project is based on William Shakespeare's tragedy King Lear, He said "Yes, I'm working with him. I don't know the script, but I don't think its King Lear. It's something else, so I'm excited to be working with him again. I think we do really good work together."
The film will mark the first time he will be working with his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan's former beau Shahid. Asked about his future projects, Saif said he has also signed on to work with Sujoy Ghosh and Vikramaditya Motwane.
"These are the three films (including the one with Bhardwaj) that I'm looking at at the moment," he added. Meanwhile, Saif will next be seen in Phantom, which also stars Katrina Kaif. The upcoming counter terrorism drama film has wrapped up shooting and is all set to release on August 28.
