Maxx Moblink introduces Exclusive Smart care Centers in India
The 15 Exclusive Smartcare Centers will be launched in New Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Nagpur, Jaipur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijaywada, Bangalore, Indore, Nagpur, Kolkata, Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar and Mumbai.
At the launch, Ajjay R Agarwal, CMD, Maxx Moblink Pvt. Ltd. said, “We at Maxx realize that customer service is not a back-end but a front-end tool and strategy for gaining consumer confidence and brand growth.

The Smartcare Centre in Jaipur will be 286 sq ft in area and located in Pot No. B, 18 & 19, 1st Floor, Subhash Nagar Shopping Centre.
The Smartcare centers will address the concern of all after-sales service among smartphone users. Unlike regular service centers which are focused on volume of repairs and revenues, the Smartcare centers will have the best of trained engineers, staff and would also have a world class ambience.
The engagement with the customers would be at differential levels since they would now be dealing directly with the company.
Post the launch of 15 exclusive service centers, Maxx aims to own and operate 100+ exclusive service centers during the course of the year. It has been Maxx’s constant endeavor to provide all their customers with a 360 degree experience and customer delight from the time a product has been purchased.
