SPRL hosts district level junior school tournament
About 700 students from the district will participate in the event, which is spread over three days starting 18th September. The tournament has a variety of events for both boys and girls, including gymnastics, kabbadi, kho-kho, and other athletic events like long jump and 50 and 100 m sprint races.
There will be a total of sixteen events and SPRL will be giving out the trophies to the winning teams. SPRL will also award a trophy to the best sportsman at the event.
Mr RB Sharma, Senior General Manager SPRL Pathredi said, “Hosting such events is part and parcel of our company’s philosophy. We are committed to encourage the spirit of sportsmanship amongst the youngsters of the community that we operate in and therefore we are providing our full support to this event.”
