Polywood sets a New Plant in Jaipur

Jaipur : Retailer and interior solutions manufacturer of wood substitutes in uPVC and PVC profiles, Dhabriya Agglomerates has established yet another plant in the Sitapura Industrial Zone, Jaipur in Rajasthan.

Spread across 4,840 square yards, the company in view of expansion has recently established 2 more lines and in total has 4 lines to manufacture uPVC windows, Doors plus glass cutting facility and Rolling mill.

The plant also has an in-house processing facility for Galvanized Iron (GI) sheets used in reinforcement on uPVC window frames. Pushing its expansion plans further on, the company also plans to set up uPVC Profile extrusion facility within the Sitapura Plant by 2015. 

Speaking about the progressive graph of his company, Digvijay Dhabriya said, “In the year 2007 the company initiated its first uPVC window manufacturing unit which comprised of just one fabrication line with a capacity of 55,000 sq.ft. every month. In 2011, we doubled our production capacity from 55,000 sqft to about 1,10,000 sqft every month with the establishment of two more lines.

By 2014 we realized that the company has better potential to expand further, hence we decided to establish 2 more lines and currently have 4 lines in total to fabricate uPVC windows and doors. To this day we now have six window fabrication lines which include two lines in Coimbatore, generating a total manufacturing capacity of approximately  3,00,000 sq ft per month, considering just 60-70% efficiency utilization in just one shift.”
